Flat-fee contract review for up to 10 pages. Scope confirmed before we start.

Final scope depends on document length, complexity, urgency, and whether you need markup, revisions, or negotiation support. For many shorter agreements, we can often respond within 1–2 business days after receiving the document. If the agreement has already been signed, or the issue has become a dispute, we'll first need to confirm whether the matter fits our scope.

Can you draft a contract for me, or do you only review existing ones?

Both. We draft business contracts from scratch when you need one built properly, and we review contracts that someone else has prepared before you sign. Most clients come to us with one or the other. Some need a service agreement drafted for a new client relationship. Others have received a vendor contract and want to know what they're agreeing to before they sign. We handle both on a flat-fee basis and confirm the scope and cost before we start.

What does a high-level contract review include?

A high-level review is typically focused on identifying key issues, explaining important terms in plain language, and flagging practical risks before you sign. If you need clause-by-clause analysis, redlines, revisions, or negotiation support, that can be separately scoped.

Do you provide redlines or markup?

Yes, where appropriate. Markup, drafting revisions, and redlines are not always part of a basic review and may be scoped separately depending on the document and what help you need.
